Egypt to Host New Round of Israel-Hamas Talks on Sunday

NEWSLINE PAPER,- Negotiations between Israel and Hamas are set to recommence in Cairo, aiming for a ceasefire and resolution of the hostage situation. Egypt’s state-run Al-Qahera News reported this development, highlighting joint efforts by Egypt and the UAE to facilitate progress in these critical talks.

As the situation unfolds, CNN is actively seeking updates from both the Israeli government and Hamas.

Notably, earlier this month, discussions centered around hostage release and a humanitarian pause took place in Qatar. Now, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has authorized an Israeli negotiating delegation to travel to Qatar and Egypt in the coming days, signaling a renewed push for resolution.

Stay tuned for further developments as the delicate negotiations continue.
